All City Fence Warranty
- Two-year
limited warranty for material and
workmanship.
- Fifteen-year limited warranty
for chain link fabric, pipe frame-work
and metal base cedar posts.
All
City Fence Co. warrants to the original
purchaser only and not to any other subsequent
owner, that its fence products will be
free from defects in materials and workmanship
for a period of one year after installation.
Additionally,
All City Fence Co. warrants that its
chain link fabric, pipe framework, and
metal-based cedar posts shall be free
from flaking, peeling or rust for a period
of fifteen years after installation.
Damage
from abnormal or improper use, accident,
alteration, neglect, abuse, fire, flood
or act of God is not covered by this
limited warranty.
This
limited warranty is in lieu of other
warranties, express or implied, including
the warranty of merchantability.
All
City Fence Co.'s obligation shall be
limited to repairing or replacing the
original defective workmanship or parts
upon notice from you. All City Fence
Co. shall not be liable for any consequential
special or incidental damages arising
out of or connected with the installation
and use of these products, or for any
breach of warranty.
